Thank you for your participation with the with United Way Running Team at the Petrom Bucharest International Half Marathon on May 19, 2013!
At the Bucharest International Half-marathon, on May 19, the United Way causes were supported by 36 runners who participated in the half-marathon, the 10k, relay and popular races. Most of them also raised funds from colleagues and family to support the United Way services. Other 15 volunteers helped with organizing the event, at the water points and cheering the runners.
Marius Stefan, United Way volunteer in Cluj for over four years, participated in the Cluj International Marathon at the half-marathon race on April 21. Together with his supporters, he raised about 100 EUR for the United Way-supported health project Free Clinic.
Almost 40 runners and 15 volunteers attended the event on Sunday. Below are the images from the race day:
