Dan Ștefan

Dan Ștefan is an entrepreneur with a passion for people and sustainable organizations development, through continuous learning.

After studying management in Bucharest, Orleans, and Sorbonne, he became a management consultant for a consulting firm in Paris, where he conducted efficiency programs for big industrial conglomerates.

In 2006 he chose the path of entrepreneurship: he founded and runs, together with his brother, Autonom Group, leader of the mobility market in Romania.

Autonom is one of the most awarded Romanian entrepreneurship companies, having been recognized as a Best Employer for 5 years in a row in a global study conducted by Aon Hewitt.

Dan Stefan is an independent board member of many organizations: companies, business associations, and NGOs.

He is a management professor at the Romanian-Canadian MBA of Bucharest Business School and at BISM (ex Maastricht school of Management Romania).

He is a firm believer in inclusive management, based on autonomy and values.
